David Hernando Rico Conducts the Soundtrack for Arriba Tutto, Composed by Alicia Morote and Directed by Jose Mota
I am delighted to share one of my latest recording projects: the original soundtrack for Arriba Tutto, the new feature film directed by acclaimed Spanish director and actor José Mota, scheduled for release in October.
The original score, composed by Alicia Morote, was recorded in Slovakia with the Bratislava Symphony Orchestra, which I had the pleasure of conducting for the recording sessions.
Working on Alicia Morote’s score was a particularly rewarding experience. Film music requires a close connection between the composer’s musical language, the orchestra and the dramatic world of the film, and it was a pleasure to help bring her score to life in the recording studio.
My thanks to Alicia Morote, José Mota and the entire production team for entrusting us with the orchestral recording of the soundtrack.
I look forward to seeing Arriba Tutto on the big screen when it is released this October.
